To be all it can be, physical strength must be supported by the energetic strength of our total self. This includes but is not limited to our non-conscious mind/outer universe, our DNA and our inner quantum particles.

Corrections for energetic strength can protect you from potential physical injuries. By using your intuition, you can test for and identify hidden weaknesses. You are most likely unaware of all your hidden weaknesses. Energetic strength is the foundation on which physical strength manifests with minimal chance of injury.

Circular Motions vs. Linear or Power Motions

Physical circular or spherical motions strengthen any energetic and/or physical weaknesses you may have, as does the thought of circles, or, projected circles from others strengthen any energetic and physical weaknesses that you may have.

Conversely, any mental projection of squares, rectangles or cubes will reinforce the weaknesses you have.

Practically all movements in the universe are circular, spherical or orbital.

Such action has no beginning and no end. The more intense and solid the circular movement, the more strength it develops.

You can easily demonstrate to yourself and others that round, circular or spherical movements preserve physical strength.

Point your toes in, then point your toes out. When your toes are pointed in, the circle is complete and energy circulates within your body. When you point them out (breaking the circle), energy leaves your body. This exercise may also be used to learn to differentiate between the feeling of strong and weak.

At the root of any pain is weakness. Therefore, we are always testing and looking for weaknesses to correct or resolve. A weakness is any conscious, non-conscious or subconscious cause that depletes our energy. When we find a weakness, we strengthen it energetically by applying corrections to the ‘midline’. Using this strengthening principle becomes automatic and almost instantaneous with practice.

For outdoor activities including gardening and mowing the lawn, it’s a good idea to wear a mask to protect your face from the pollens and other allergens in the air, especially during the spring time.
Air conditioning – Quality air conditioning is important to ensure that dust and pollens from outside don’t end up inside. Many air conditioners now have this feature which is not only great for people that suffer from allergies, but for everyone.
