1 cup of cabbage.
1 sprig of celery.
1 cup or a hand full of Italian parsley.
1 pear with the core and seeds removed.
1 apple with the core and seeds removed (add a second apple or pear if you want it to taste sweeter).
1 wedge of lemon including the peel.
Put 2 cups of almond milk and 1 quart of water into your blender. Put all the vegetables and blend till liquid.
Put the fruit in and blend all the ingredients for a few minutes or until completely liquified.
The Great Red Beet Drink
1 large beet (cleaned).
1 pear (core removed).
1 cup chopped cabbage.
1 cup of frozen berries of choice.
1 quart of water.
Blend until completely liquefied.
The Blueberry Morning Smoothie
Take 1 banana.
2 cups of blueberries.
2 cups of almond milk or (if you are using a Vita Mix or other high speed blender, instead of the store bought almond milk just add a handful of raw almonds).
Add 1 quart of water.
Add a scoop or two of a whole food protein powder or a high nutrition powdered smoothie mix of your choice. Blend everything until totally liquefied. This is a very high antioxidant superfood drink.
